OfferFit: Scaling Search to Find Hidden Gems

The Challenge

OfferFit is a fast-growing startup of 85 people, working to kill A/B testing for marketing with machine learning. They organize quarterly offsites for its widespread team to nurture face-to-face innovation and teamwork, preserving its vibrant culture as the company grows. Suraj and Sharleen began their hunt for the Q2 offsite in San Francisco with Nowadays.

Negotiation and Planning Made Easy

As an IATA-certified travel agency with a database of over 200,000 hotels globally, Nowadays enabled OfferFit to quickly identify 34 venues matching their specific requirements. Within a few weeks, they successfully finalized a contract with The Beacon Grand.

Discovering The Grand Beacon with Nowadays

Located in the heart of Downtown San Francisco, the Beacon Grand just reopened post-pandemic as a newly renovated modern hotel with Renaissance Revival architecture. In the 2023 100 best new hotels list, Travel + Leisure named Beacon Grand number 64 in the entire world. With new branding since June 2022, it’s not a hotel that many have gotten a chance to visit yet.
